The role oversees ACH, Wires, Real-Time Payments, FedNow, and Push to Card, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient operations across Wilmington, Sioux Falls, and offshore teams. You will partner with Payments, IT, and Operations leadership, implement disaster recovery plans, drive process improvements, and manage vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 12 years financial industry experience with 7 years managing payment operations teams.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of payment rules and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily payment operations across multiple channels and locations.
• Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning for payment operations.
• Manage change control, vendor relationships, and system enhancements.
