Moses Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Engineering in New Orleans to lead the MEP design practice across commercial, institutional, and historic projects in the Gulf South. The role requires a seasoned engineer with a strategic mindset and a track record of delivering complex MEP systems.

You will drive business development, mentor a high-performing team, and ensure project success from concept through construction administration, partnering with the Owner and key stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP building systems design.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading projects in commercial, institutional, and historic buildings.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee engineering strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead and mentor mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection teams.
• Coordinate design with architects, structural engineers, owners and contractors.
• Drive process improvements and ensure quality, budget and schedule adherence.
• Support business development and client relationship building.
