Job summary

Pioneer Square Brands is seeking a strategic Vice President of Finance to lead forecasting, reporting, analytics, cash management, and legal coordination. This role partners with the COO/CEO to drive performance, protect assets, and inform critical business decisions.

Based in High Point, NC, you will oversee budgeting, audits, and cross-functional finance issues while guiding a data-driven approach across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.
• Experience leading FP&A, accounting, cash management, and financial reporting.
• Experience working with executive leadership and boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A ownership including forecasting and long-range financial planning.
• Provide analytical support and recommendations on pricing, margins, and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain ownership of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee internal reporting and performance tracking against budget.
• Lead annual audit process and coordinate with auditors.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting and banking relationships.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and vendor payments.
• Own data analytics and dashboards to inform decision-making.
• Partner with leaders to set budgets and monitor variances.
