INC'D is seeking a Vice President of FP&A in North Carolina. You will own budgeting, forecasting, dashboards, and C-suite analytics, serving as the primary interface with the PE sponsor and lenders. You report to the CFO and partner with the CEO and board on strategic finance matters.

The role emphasizes building a high-impact FP&A function, developing analysts, and establishing end-to-end budgeting with speed and precision. This is an on-site leadership position based in NC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A with 3–5 years in leadership and management.
• Consolidated corporate-level view of balance sheet and cash flow.
• Experience with investor-facing reporting to sponsor and lenders.
• High-energy, fast-turnaround analyses tied to financials.
• On-site leadership in North Carolina with hands-on management.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A across the business: budgeting, forecasting, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Interface with PE sponsor and lenders; handle covenant calculations.
• Lead and develop analysts; drive AI and analytics adoption.
• Partner with CFO and C-suite; ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Build budgeting processes from the ground up; shape finance routines.
