Job summary

BGCP seeks a Vice President of Development & Board Operations to lead fundraising systems and board engagement. You will coordinate development operations, oversee donor data and Salesforce, track progress, and keep leadership informed.

This role partners with the Chief Development Officer and CEO, guiding revenue pacing, dashboards, and cross‑department projects. A 7–10 year nonprofit background and strong analytics are required.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years experience in nonprofit development and fundraising.
• Advanced proficiency with CRM and databases, preferably Salesforce.
• Experience managing donor data, pipelines, and dashboards.
• Strong project management, organization, and prioritization.
• Experience coordinating Board operations and engagement.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Executives, Board Members, donors, and colleagues.
• A proactive approach, exceptional attention to detail, and commitment to accurate, timely work.
• A strong connection to BGCP’s mission and the young people and families we serve.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Salesforce administration and donor data integrity.
• Prepare revenue pacing reports, pipeline updates, forecasts, and scorecards.
• Coordinate meetings across BGCP’s Boards, including scheduling, logistics, materials, and follow-up.
• Maintain Board resources, agendas, pre-reads, committee information, and scorecards.
• Support Board recruitment and onboarding through prospect tracking and tours.
• Organize meaningful Club tours and donor engagement opportunities.
• Coordinate special projects and cross-departmental workflows with clear timelines and accountability.
• Maintain the organizational master calendar and support grant registration and shared channels.
