LPL Financial is seeking a VP, Data Intelligence Transformation to define and operationalize the enterprise Data Intelligence strategy across the LENSai organization. This senior role connects data, analytics, and AI to deliver trusted, reusable intelligence for analytics, reporting, and AI experiences.

The candidate will lead the Cyan Intelligence Marketplace strategy, drive governance, and establish scalable data consumption patterns while partnering with security, risk, and architecture teams

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership across data, tech strategy, and delivery functions.
• Experience translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and governance.
• Expertise across data lifecycle: platforms, modeling, metadata, APIs.
• Ability to enable analytics, reporting, AI through governed data assets.
• Proven talent in cross-functional leadership and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise Data Intelligence operating model and delivery frameworks.
• Evolve the Cyan Intelligence Marketplace for trusted data products and APIs.
• Drive strategy for enterprise semantic and contextual intelligence services.
• Oversee data distribution, MCP development, and governed access channels.
• Create a data value lifecycle linking platforms, assets, and consumer experiences.
• Partner with AI Engineering and Cyan to enable scalable, governed data access.
• Set enterprise standards for APIs, events, and data sharing with controls.
• Coordinate across domains to resolve data definitions, lineage, and truth.
• Own the Data Intelligence roadmap and drive adoption across the organization.
• Develop metrics to monitor reuse, trust, and business value realization.
