Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a VP, AI Technical Strategy & Integration to coordinate end-to-end technical delivery of Cyan, the firm’s AI experience. You will lead across product, engineering, data, and governance, turning strategy into a concrete delivery plan and ensuring scalable, auditable execution across a growing AI ecosystem.

The role demands strong leadership in matrixed environments, collaboration with risk and security teams, and an ability to translate complex priorities into actionable

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in product technology, technology strategy, or complex initiative leadership.
Experience coordinating large multi-year technology initiatives across multiple organizations.
Experience building integrated roadmaps, milestones, dependency plans, and release plans.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the Cyan multi-year technical delivery roadmap.
Translate product priorities into a sequenced technical delivery plan.
Coordinate delivery across AI platforms, shared services, product teams, and governance functions.
Develop executive communications for progress, risks, and decisions.
