Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a VP, AI Technical Strategy & Integration to lead end-to-end technical delivery of Cyan, the firm's evolving advisor AI experience. You will connect product, engineering, data, platform, security, risk, governance, and business teams to translate strategy into an integrated delivery plan and drive accountability from roadmap through production.

Qualifications

15+ years leading technology strategy or complex delivery initiatives.
Proven ability to coordinate across product, engineering, data, security, and governance.
Experience creating integrated roadmaps and executive reporting.
Ability to operate in large, matrixed organizations without direct authority.
Strong technical fluency to collaborate with risk and enterprise teams.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain a multi-year Cyan technical delivery roadmap linked to objectives and milestones.
Translate product priorities into a sequenced technical delivery plan with ownership and release targets.
Maintain a unified view of delivery status, risks, and decisions across Cyan and partners.
Drive resolution of dependencies and sequencing conflicts across organizations.
Coordinate delivery across AI platforms, shared services, and enterprise functions.
Align strategy with PI planning, sprint milestones, and production outcomes.
Develop executive communications for progress, risks, and tradeoffs.
