Job summary

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. is seeking a VP, AI Technical Strategy & Integration to lead end-to-end delivery coordination for Cyan, the firm’s evolving advisor AI experience.

The role connects product, engineering, data, architecture, platform, security, risk, governance, and business teams to translate strategy into an integrated delivery plan and ensure governance, production readiness, and scalable execution across a growing AI ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in product technology, technology strategy, or enterprise transformation.
• Proven track record coordinating large, multi-year technology initiatives across product, engineering, data, risk, and business groups.
• Experience building integrated roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, decision frameworks, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the multi-year Cyan technical delivery roadmap linking strategy to milestones.
• Translate product priorities into a sequenced technical delivery plan with clear ownership.
• Coordinate cross-workstream delivery across AI platforms, shared services, and enterprise functions.
• Align strategy with PI planning, sprint execution, and production milestones.
• Establish operating cadence for cross-workstream integration and executive visibility.
• Oversee pilot, launch, and scale readiness including testing, data, security, and governance.
• Convert prototypes into production plans with governance and scalability.
• Develop executive communications on progress, risks, and decisions.
