Job summary

LPL Financial seeks a senior leader to define, build, and operationalize the Data Intelligence strategy across the LENSai organization. The role interfaces with enterprise data, analytics, AI, and distribution capabilities to enable trusted data for analytics, reporting, applications, and AI experiences.

The candidate will drive the Cyan Intelligence Marketplace, enterprise semantic services, and context management while aligning with data lakehouse, DWA, DMS, AIE, and DXA teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in data, platforms, or technology delivery
• Experience defining and implementing enterprise data or AI initiatives
• Strong governance, architecture, and strategy skills

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise Data Intelligence operating model and governance standards.
• Develop and promote the Cyan Intelligence Marketplace and semantic services.
• Drive strategy and delivery for enterprise semantic and contextual intelligence across analytics, apps, and AI solutions.
• Oversee data distribution, APIs, MCP development, and governed access channels.
• Own the cross-LENSai Data Intelligence roadmap and measure value realization.
