Job summary

• PMP, CCM, or GC license preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term CapEx plans and annual budgets.
• Conduct asset condition assessments across properties.
• Manage full lifecycle of renovation and construction projects.
• Coordinate with maintenance managers, engineers, architects, and contractors.
• Oversee job site activities, inspections, and OSHA compliance.
• Administer RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Resolve field construction issues and ensure craftsmanship standards.
• Secure permits, entitlements, and final sign-offs with local agencies.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
