Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of agribusiness lending, underwriting, or credit analysis experience.
• Strong financial analysis, risk assessment, and credit structuring skills.
• Experience evaluating complex commercial or agribusiness lending relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sophisticated lending opportunities and develop innovative credit structures.
• Provide strategic recommendations balancing growth and risk for large agribusiness relationships.
• Collaborate with relationship managers, customers, legal counsel, and leadership.
• Prepare narratives and determine loan classifications and risk ratings.
• Serve on the Credit Loan Committee and manage loan documentation and servicing actions.
• Monitor covenant compliance and communicate with senior management on risk.
