Job summary

LMN Architects in Seattle seeks a Graphic & Visual Communications Designer to shape LMN's visual identity across digital and print media. You will lead the design of proposals, presentations, social content, and firm communications, collaborating with marketing, PR, BD, and leadership.

The ideal candidate is collaborative, deadline-driven, with strong typography and layout skills, and capable of mentoring others while exploring innovative media and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional design experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and fluency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong typography, color, and layout skills with attention to detail.
• Experience creating layouts, infographics, data visualizations, and presentations under deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to conceptualize and execute visual storytelling for pursuits and initiatives.
• Lead design of marketing collateral, proposals, presentations, infographics, and digital assets including social media.
• Maintain LMN’s visual communications and branding across all materials.
• Champion innovation through motion graphics, video storytelling, and emerging media.
• Develop firm-wide brand standards and templates for consistency.
• Manage visual assets, photography, graphics, and branded materials.
• Maintain and update LMN’s website and blog content.
• Research design trends and software; share insights with the team.
• Mentor peers in graphic fundamentals and fluency.
• Coordinate with external vendors and printers for quality deliverables.
