Juneau Construction Company seeks a Graphic Design Manager to lead and elevate the visual expression of the Juneau brand—from proposals to corporate communications, digital content, jobsite signage, events, and beyond.

This high-impact role combines design strategy with hands-on execution, reporting to the Vice President of Brand Strategy. You will uphold brand identity, manage timelines, and oversee both internal and external creatives to ensure consistency and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in graphic design, fine art, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of prior experience in a fast-paced design role preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), video editing software, Microsoft Office, and CRM/marketing platforms.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong design judgement and visual storytelling capability is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of marketing materials, including signage, event materials, digital and social assets, corporate communications, and branded collateral.
• Create high-impact proposals, interview decks, presentations, and pursuit materials.
• Partner with Operations teams to create jobsite signage and branded elements.
• Design and develop branded templates for proposals and reports; train employees to use them.
• Design digital assets for web, email, and social media.
• Oversee visual design and maintenance of the company website; manage external vendors as needed.
