Job summary

LMN seeks a Graphic & Visual Communications Designer to shape LMN’s visual identity across digital and print media, leading proposals, presentations, social media, and firm communications.

The candidate collaborates with marketing, BD, and leadership to translate ideas into on-brand visuals that support pursuits and elevate the firm’s brand. Strong collaboration, design fundamentals, and multi-project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional design experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and fluency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong typography, color and layout skills.
• Experience creating layouts, infographics, data visualizations, and presentations in deadline-driven environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to conceptualize and execute visual storytelling for project pursuits and firm initiatives.
• Lead design of marketing collateral: proposals, presentations, infographics, and social media and emails.
• Maintain dynamic visual communications and brand standards.
• Champion innovation with motion graphics, video storytelling, and emerging digital media.
• Develop and maintain firm-wide brand standards and templates.
