Job summary

LMN Architects in Seattle is seeking a Graphic & Visual Communications Designer to shape and maintain the firm’s visual identity across digital and print media.

You will lead proposals, presentations, infographics, social media, and firm-wide communications, collaborating with marketing, PR, business development, and leadership to translate ideas into on-brand visuals that support pursuits and elevate the brand.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional design experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and fluency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong graphic design and layout skills with typography, color, and detail.
• Experience creating layouts, infographics, data visualizations, and presentations under deadlines.
• Portfolio demonstrates proposals, branded materials, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing, business development, and leadership to craft visual storytelling for pursuits and initiatives.
• Lead design of marketing collateral, proposals, presentations, infographics, and social media.
• Maintain LMN’s visual communications to remain dynamic and engaging.
• Champion innovation with advanced multimedia such as motion graphics and video storytelling.
• Develop and enforce firm-wide brand standards and templates for consistency.
• Manage the portfolio of visual assets including photography and branded materials.
• Maintain the website by creating and updating pages and posts.
• Stay current on design trends and best practices and share insights.
• Mentor team members in graphic fundamentals and fluency.
• Coordinate with external vendors and printers for quality deliverables.
