The successful candidate will collaborate across disciplines, generate design and planning alternatives for infrastructure and development projects, produce clear diagrams, assist with outreach, and contribute to reports and implementation materials using Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit,

Qualifications

• Professional degree in urban design or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in planning and urban design contexts.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit, and ArcGIS.

Responsibilities

• Generate design and planning alternatives for infrastructure and development projects.
• Lead analysis for structure, buildings, sites, networks, and neighborhoods.
• Produce clear diagrams to explain ideas, concepts, and alternatives.
• Assist with outreach and engagement.
• 3D modeling and visualization in Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, and AI-enabled design exploration tools.
• Writing and producing highly visual and conceptually clear reports and presentations.
• Preparing design documentation, guidelines, concept packages, and implementation materials.
• Providing code and policy review for architectural projects.
• Client and consultant coordination.
