Job summary

Encore is seeking a Sales Manager, Venues to guide clients through event experiences and design solutions that meet goals. You will drive revenue through a proactive sales approach, prepare quotes, and collaborate with vendors to service events.

You will build relationships with hotel personnel, maintain up-to-date CRM records, and stay current on SOPs, products, and emerging technology supporting meetings and events. This role reports to a Senior Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or 1+ years Encore or equivalent experience required.
• 1 year technology sales or hospitality experience preferred.
• Prior sales experience in audiovisual is a plus.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry and sales processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by proactively selling and presenting quotes and proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and venue personnel.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate CRM data.
• Support sales forecasting and stay updated on SOPs and offerings.
