Job summary

Location Services is seeking a Vendor Relations Representative in Indianapolis, IN. This role focuses on developing strategic relationships with repossession vendors, onboarding new vendors, and maintaining strict compliance with SLAs and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
• Detail oriented, efficient and accurate data typing and research.
• Strong understanding of the collateral recovery industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Experience with agent reporting networks (e.g. RDN/MBSI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic relationships with repossession vendors.
• Create mutually beneficial opportunities and improve vendor compliance.
• Maintain SLA adherence and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
• Onboard new repossession vendors and vet certifications.
• Review vendor performance, scores and regional needs.
• Address and resolve vendor claims and complaints promptly.
• Maintain communication and negotiations with vendors.
