Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Vendor Program Manager for its Ascentium Capital division in Scottsdale, AZ. You will manage a portfolio of strategic vendor relationships, partner with internal sales teams, and drive program performance through execution and governance.

The role requires strong relationship management, data-driven decision making, and the ability to coordinate across credit, operations, and sales leadership. A discretionary incentive plan and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of commercial, small business, equipment financing, or related sales experience.
• Or high school diploma or GED and four years of related sales experience.
• CRM experience and use of sales tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages a portfolio of strategic vendor relationships and serves as the primary contact at the program level.
• Builds executive-level relationships with vendor partners to support long-term growth.
• Drives portfolio performance including volume growth, retention, and profitability.
• Partners with internal sales teams to execute transactions and deliver a consistent client experience.
• Provides forecasting, reporting, and insights on vendor activity and growth opportunities.
• Collaborates with credit, operations, and sales leadership to enhance program effectiveness.
