Job summary

Oracle is seeking a vendor management professional based in Nashville, TN or Atlanta, GA to oversee vendor execution and lifecycle activities. This role focuses on ensuring uptime, safety, quality, and compliance across sites, with data-driven performance tracking and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years in vendor-related roles, strong contract awareness, and experience with critical data-center or facilities vendors.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in vendor management, supplier management, contract administration, or related roles.
• Experience with critical vendors in data centers, facilities, or uptime-sensitive environments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience also valued.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor execution activities across sites, ensuring contracts and scopes meet uptime, safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Support end-to-end vendor lifecycle activities: selection, onboarding, contracts, performance tracking, and issue management.
• Track performance against SLAs, KPIs, safety requirements, and delivery commitments; drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Site Operations, Facilities, Engineering, and other partners to resolve vendor issues.
• Lead or support vendor performance reviews with data-backed reporting.
