CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product - Third Party Vendor Integrations to define and drive the strategy for vendor integrations across the portfolio.

You will coordinate across Sales, Product, Operations, Pricing, Claims, and Billing to evaluate opportunities and determine the right integration approach. The role requires strategic product ownership, strong cross-functional judgment, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable integration plans and field

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, ownership, or related leadership programs
• Experience in payer/vendor integration or healthcare domains
• Experience defining strategy for complex processes, integrations, or service models
• Ability to translate ambiguous needs into structured requirements and actionable plans
• Experience working across cross-functional partners in matrixed environments
• Strong written and verbal communication, especially field-facing materials

Responsibilities

• Define strategy for third-party vendor integrations across the portfolio
• Own and manage the integration portfolio and ensure visibility
• Lead new vendor intake and guide evaluation from intake to readiness
• Craft field communications and provide guidance on integration models and rules
• Coordinate cross-functional issue resolution and production support
• Manage stakeholder coordination to reflect vendor changes across processes
