Job summary

Appian seeks a Senior Procurement & Contracts Analyst to own technology vendor sourcing, intake governance, PO execution, and Vendor Contract Management (VCM) workflows. You’ll navigate governance, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure compliant, efficient procurement operations in a fast-growing tech environment.

You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, IT, and business partners to accelerate approvals, manage contract flows, and optimize spend across Appian’s enterprise-scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 4–6+ years in corporate procurement, strategic sourcing, P2P operations, or related contracting.
• Solid understanding of commercial terms and cross-functional triage workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive inbound procurement intake and triage with governance and SLAs.
• Lead commercial negotiations and supplier pricing.
• Generate and issue POs aligned with contracts and budgets.
• Manage VCM workflows & approvals to ensure timely signoffs.
• Coordinate risk and legal considerations across Legal, Finance, IT, and executives.
• Maintain vendor records, SLAs, and data integrity for audits.
