Auto Driveaway Systems, LLC is seeking an energetic Dispatcher to join our Elkhart, IN team. You will assign drivers, plan loads, and move assets coast-to-coast, ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years of dispatch experience, strong organizational skills, and a passion for safety. You'll collaborate with field offices and internal teams to optimize routes and driver utilization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatch experience.
• Strong background in transportation, logistics or related fields.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• High energy, enthusiasm and drive for achieving results.
• Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Work inbound driver calls and e-mail.
• Communicate with drivers to assign available resources to loads with minimal deadhead.
• Develop logistical plans for on-time delivery and maintain contact with drivers.
• Provide regular updates to sales, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Engage with field offices on driver utilization and logistics planning to minimize deadheads.
• Collaborate with management to modify driver assignments or routes to meet customer needs.
