Qualifications

• 1+ year as a Group Leader at AA TECH or 3+ years supervising in manufacturing outside AA TECH.
• Experience with formal or informal team or project leadership.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct a team of 30-40 direct reports and allocate workload.
• Develop leaders through coaching, performance evaluations, and training.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics are met and reported.
• Collaborate with value stream partners to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and reduce waste.
• Perform capacity analyses and develop staffing plans.
• Develop and deploy standardized work instructions and ensure process stability.
• Promote safety policy compliance and conduct safety investigations.
