Job summary

Legora is seeking a Value Engineer in the UK to quantify and articulate business impact for prospects and customers. You will work with Account Executives and Sales/Legal Engineers to translate complex legal workflows into clear ROI stories for executives.

You will help shape how we lead value-based conversations and enable our regional go-to-market teams. You will interact with General Counsel, CFOs, and other C-level stakeholders to drive adoption and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience translating quantitative results into actionable business insights.
• Ability to build credible and compelling value narratives for customers.
• Experience engaging with senior executives in a clear, concise way.
• Strong communication skills for different audiences and purposes.
• Proactive, hands-on operator as the first in this regional role.
• Willingness to work from London or Stockholm locations.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate strategic deals by partnering with Account Executives to build executive-ready value narratives.
• Translate customer workflows and quantitative results into clear financial impact.
• Lead value-focused conversations with General Counsel, CFOs, and senior leaders.
• Develop and deliver value enablement training for sales and GTM teams in the region.
• Create practical frameworks, tools, and assets to communicate Legora's value consistently.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to share feedback and trends.
• Support adoption and expansion by helping customers measure Legora's impact.
