Job summary

Mars is seeking a Program Manager – Value Leadership to act as the hub for the Value Leadership portfolio, ensuring data, governance, savings visibility, risks, and escalations are captured with clear ownership. You’ll work with senior stakeholders to maintain a single source of truth for project status, savings, timing, approvals, and decisions.

Qualifications

Experience in portfolio/program management within a matrixed organization.
Ability to translate analytics into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
Proven capability to drive governance, action tracking, and portfolio rhythm.

Responsibilities

Lead portfolio analysis, scenario modeling, and prioritization across Value Leadership.
Provide decision support and storytelling for portfolio health and value delivery.
Support recurring reviews, action tracking, and escalation follow-up.
Drive adoption of portfolio processes and Stage Gate practices.
Develop playbooks, onboarding materials, and knowledge repositories.
Identify gaps and partner with tech, data, finance and functions to implement improvements.
Coordinate project managers and workstreams, clarifying ownership and accountability.
