You will own ideation, scoping, timelines and resources, manage risk, and drive disciplined execution using Stage-Gate and PPM methods. The role requires 5+ years PM experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management with cross-functional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project for planning and scheduling.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and end-to-end execution of multiple Value Leadership projects.
• Manage ideation, scoping, timelines and resources across initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and accountability across teams.
• Apply Stage-Gate and PPM practices to ensure disciplined delivery.
• Identify risks and escalate issues to senior leadership as needed.
