Job summary

Mars Petcare US, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager – Value Leadership to serve as the hub for portfolio governance, savings tracking, and decision support. You will coordinate a matrixed team and partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, R&D, Commercial, Supply, and Manufacturing.

You will drive scenarios, priority setting, and reporting to enable timely, data-driven decisions while leading continuous improvement of portfolio tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate brings structure to ambiguity, manages recurring governance routines, and can coordinate a small portfolio team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support scenario modeling, prioritization views, and portfolio analysis to evaluate Value Leadership options.
• Translate portfolio analytics and project updates into senior leader recommendations on portfolio health and value delivery.
• Support recurring Value Leadership reviews, action tracking, and consistent use of the single source of truth.
• Act as a change agent for portfolio processes, including intake, recurring reviews, and standard reporting.
• Strengthen portfolio management capability through playbooks, onboarding materials, and knowledge repositories.
• Identify tool, reporting, and process gaps; partner with teams to deliver improvements.
• Lead or guide project managers and owners, track actions, and reinforce accountability.
