Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking an experienced Program Manager – Value Leadership to act as the hub for the Value Leadership portfolio, ensuring accurate project data, governance, savings visibility, risks, escalations, and cross-functional actions. You will enable leaders to make timely, informed decisions.

You will collaborate with VL Leadership Director, Portfolio Directors, and senior stakeholders to maintain a reliable single source of truth for status, timing, approvals,

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in portfolio or program management in a complex matrixed org.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to model savings and timing.
• Proven governance experience with Stage Gate and intake processes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and data-driven storytelling.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a small cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio analysis, prioritization, and scenario modeling.
• Provide decision-support and leadership-ready communications.
• Maintain the single source of truth for project status and savings.
• Support recurring Value Leadership reviews and governance.
• Drive process improvements and tool adoption.
