Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management, strong stakeholder skills, and experience with Microsoft Project and PPM systems. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a focus on business or related disciplines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management with cross-functional scope.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project for planning, scheduling, and scenario planning.
• Knowledge of end-to-end (E2E) processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and end-to-end execution of complex Value Leadership projects.
• Own high-complexity initiatives from charter through post-launch review.
• Manage multiple projects with varying complexity and capital considerations.
• Guide cross-functional teams to align on scope, timelines, and resources.
• Perform comprehensive risk assessments and resolve issues proactively.
• Operate as gatekeeper of Stage & Gate framework and PPM system.
