Job summary
Veradigm Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Sr UX Designer to provide design leadership across product and engineering teams. This hybrid role requires 2 days onsite weekly and focuses on solving complex healthcare UX challenges with user-centered, principled design.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field; Master's preferred.
- 4–7 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and innovation.
- Experience using Figma.
- Experience in healthcare, finance, or other complex, regulated fields.
- Experience using AI in design processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide design leadership across product and engineering teams.
- Craft rational, elegant interfaces with pixel-perfect accuracy.
- Unify design patterns across platforms.
- Raise the bar and maintain a high level for design.
- Apply heuristic methods to evaluate design systems.
- Collaborate with UX researchers on projects.
