Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Design or related field; equivalent experience.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 4-7 years relevant work experience.
• Experience using AI in design processes.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize user-centered design across the organization.
• Craft rational, elegant interfaces with pixel perfection.
• Unify designs across multiple platforms.
• Raise the bar for design quality.
• Apply heuristic methods to evaluate and optimize design systems.
• Prioritize user needs and enhance patient safety through UX.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product and UX to standardize design systems.
