Job summary

Veradigm is seeking a design leader to guide UX across product and engineering, transforming health care through world-class user experiences. The role is hybrid, with an expectation of two days onsite weekly.

You will evangelize user-centered design, craft elegant interfaces, and unify patterns across platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to raise design quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize user-centered design and UX practices across the organization
• Craft rational, elegant, and intuitive interfaces
• Aim for ease of use to pixel perfection
• Scrutinize design patterns and unify designs across platforms
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product and UX to standardize and optimize design systems
• Identify opportunities for cross-company UX initiatives
• Provide thought leadership to improve efficiency and user satisfaction
