Job summary

Base is building America’s next-generation power company focused on distributed battery storage and grid services. We seek a strategic operator to own utility partnerships, driving performance, contracted capacity, and cross-functional collaboration with Deployments, Growth, Software, Hardware, and Regulatory teams.

You will manage relationships with utility partners, set targets, and use data to push for scalable, measurable outcomes in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex partnerships, grid programs, or large‑scale energy initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across utilities, regulators, and internal teams.
• Analytical, data‑driven with comfort using SQL, dashboards, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Base’s utility program offering to meet grid needs.
• Build trusted relationships with utility stakeholders across functions.
• Deliver on program scope with enrollment, capacity, and KPIs.
• Analyze data to improve program design and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver programs.
