Job summary

Base, America's next generation power company, is seeking an intern for the Business Operations team focusing on commercial partnerships in Austin. You’ll aid growth-oriented partnerships, support partner operations, and improve financial and operational processes.

You'll work with Deployments, Growth, Software, and Hardware to deliver measurable results, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to high-impact projects in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Comfort with modern tools and tech stack (e.g., Python, SQL, dashboards, CRMs)
• Analytical and data-driven mindset for decision-making and financial viability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint/Slides and Excel
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages is a plus
• Bias toward action and simplification in fast-paced environments
• Comfortable with ambiguity and effective prioritization in a startup context
