Job summary

OpenGov in Chicago, IL seeks a Senior Implementation Consultant, Utility Billing to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, gather data requirements, configure platforms, train administrators, and deliver a smooth deployment that maximizes customer value.

You'll act as the technical advisor, translate government workflows into OpenGov solutions, mentor teammates, collaborate with product and sales, and continuously refine best practices for scalable data environments while guiding customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ERP implementation consulting with ERP platform experience.
• Advanced data analysis and understanding of data architectures.
• Experience training customers on software solutions.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Ability to model, design and develop efficient solutions.
• Mentor and lead teams with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new and expanding customers.
• Act as technical and strategic advisor to customers.
• Analyze requirements and collaborate to develop tailored solutions.
• Develop expertise in governmental processes across states.
• Collaborate with engagement teams to ensure a great customer experience.
• Mentor team members and contribute to product roadmaps.
