Job summary

Lydech, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead all US payroll operations for a ~1,000-person workforce. You will supervise biweekly processing, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements across payroll systems and reporting.

You will work closely with Finance, HR, and senior leadership to optimize payroll governance, controls, and cost management within a dynamic manufacturing environment in the Novi, MI area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in leading payroll operations in a multi-state environment.
• Experience with wage, tax, and labor law compliance; SOX controls or equivalent.
