Job summary

California State University, Fresno is seeking a University Registrar to provide leadership and managerial direction across Degree Evaluations, Degree Audit, Transfer Credit, Registration, and Academic Records. The role involves planning, coordinating tasks for the Assistant Registrars, and ensuring workflows support university goals.

The position requires collaboration with administrators, faculty, staff and students to protect the integrity of student records and degrees awarded.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five years of progressively responsible admin and/or supervisory experience in admissions, records, and/or registration operations in higher education.
• Demonstrated collaborative management style and strong service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the University Registrar units: Degree Evaluations, Degree Audit, Transfer Credit, Registration, Academic Records, and Articulation.
• Provide leadership and guidance in planning and task assignment to the Assistant Registrars.
• Collaborate with university administrators, faculty, staff, students and campus constituents to support student success and record integrity.
