Job summary

California State University, Fresno is seeking a University Registrar to provide leadership and management to degree evaluation, degree audit, transfer credit, registration, and academic records operations.

Reporting to the Senior Director, the Registrar will supervise staff, set priorities, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with campus administrators and students to support student success and the integrity of records and degrees awarded.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Five years of progressively responsible administrative and/or supervisory experience in admissions, records, and/or registration operations in higher education.
• Demonstrated collaborative management style and strong service orientation.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft Student Administration system.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management oversight over degree certifications, student registration, and articulation.
• Collaborate with university administrators, faculty, staff, students and community stakeholders.
• Review policies and procedures and analyze outcomes to support student success and record integrity.
• Assign tasks and monitor workload for the Assistant Registrars and staff.
• Promote effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.
