Air Products is seeking a Turnaround Mechanical Planner to develop detailed work packages, labor estimates and resource plans for turnaround, outage, and capital projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution at our industrial sites in the United States.

You will collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, inspection, procurement and contractors, lead planning activities, prepare labor-hour estimates, and support budgeting and schedule optimization.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Planner supporting turnaround outages, shutdowns, or capital projects in industrial settings.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, isometric drawings, mechanical drawings, and piping specifications.
• Strong planning, estimation, and scheduling skills with attention to safety and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Develop detailed work plans for mechanical maintenance, turnaround, outage, and project activities.
• Create detailed job plans with task sequencing, staff requirements, durations, and execution strategies.
• Prepare labor-hour estimates and support budgeting and resource forecasting.
• Identify materials, tools, equipment, and contractor resources for successful execution.
• Support schedule development, resource loading, and schedule optimization.
• Lead planning meetings with cross-functional teams and manage field changes.
