Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Treasury Customer Success Manager in Illinois to drive adoption and retention of Ripple Treasury solutions for enterprise clients. You will partner with Account Managers to align treasury goals with measurable outcomes, guiding onboarding through ongoing value realization.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in customer success or enterprise software within fintech or treasury, and strong executive communication to navigate CFOs and senior finance leaders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer success, account management, or enterprise software sales experience in treasury/fintech.
• Deep understanding of corporate treasury operations including cash management, FX, liquidity, and payments workflows.
• Ability to engage with CFOs, treasurers, finance managers, and C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders to drive product adoption and value realization.
• Guide customers from onboarding through long-term strategic use.
• Co-create Value Achievement & Success Plans to understand treasury operations and measurable outcomes.
