Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an experienced Treasury Sales Officer to lead product experts, drive revenue growth, and deepen client relationships across a portfolio of healthcare not-for-profit and higher education accounts. You will collaborate with across-the-enterprise partners to deliver tailored treasury solutions and strategic advisory services.

Responsibilities include managing revenue growth, leading client meetings and presentations, and expanding relationships with Not-For-Profit

Qualifications

• 5 years of Treasury Sales Officer Experience
• Ability to Travel between up to 10% of time in normal environment
• Successful track record in treasury management sales across global products
• Proven business development and relationship management skills with complex clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Proven negotiation and active listening skills with strong executive presence
• Adept at critical and strategic thinking and problem resolution
• Strong business/financial acumen
• Ability to navigate enterprise partnerships and escalations
• Demonstrates ability to foster partnerships within core teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining client satisfaction
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with accountability for revenue growth

Responsibilities

• Lead Treasury Sales Officers and product experts in client engagements and complex deals.
• Drive digital payments adoption and strategic dialogues with clients.
• Engage Not-For-Profit Healthcare and Higher Education clients on working capital and fintech strategies.
• Engage C-suite and Revenue Cycle teams on healthcare/regulatory topics.
• Participate in speaking engagements with HFMA, NACUBO, and industry groups.
• Create client/prospect events around industry trends and solutions.
• Advise clients on payments, liquidity, card solutions, and eCommerce strategies.
• Collaborate with client teams to maintain momentum with existing and prospective clients.
• Grow revenue and pricing across portfolios and prepare client-facing treasury presentations.
• Identify cost/benefit opportunities and drive bank profitability analyses.
