Job summary

Associated Bank's Treasury Management Product Manager leads the strategy and growth of assigned treasury management products and solutions, from development to lifecycle management. You will shape solutions that meet customer needs, drive revenue, and collaborate across the organization to bring new ideas to market.

This role offers the opportunity to influence strategy, collaborate with senior partners, and make a visible impact on the growth of the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in product management, product development, or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of treasury management products.
• Ability to earn the Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for assigned products, including value propositions and growth goals.
• Drive design, development, launch, and ongoing management of products, services, and channels.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, customer needs, and profitability to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Partner with Product Directors, Product Managers, business lines, and internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Manage product performance, revenue goals, and profitability while identifying opportunities to improve results.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, resources, timelines, and communications to implement initiatives.
• Ensure products and processes align with legal, audit, credit, and regulatory requirements.
• Build product knowledge and training resources for internal teams and external clients.
