The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in treasury and corporate accounting, strong Excel skills, and experience with online banking and intercompany activity. Office-based in San Mateo, CA.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of treasury and corporate accounting experience.
• Proven experience navigating online banking platforms and handling cash management functions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal teams and external vendors.
• Discretion handling sensitive financial and payroll data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; comfortable with new systems.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and approve wire payments in various banking systems with accurate data entry.
• Maintain weekly cash flow schedules and process daily cash transfers.
• Prepare intercompany schedules and monthly reconciliations.
• Support payroll processes and related accounting entries.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet reviews.
• Assist with accounts payable processes and vendor payments.
