Coastal Waste & Recycling, Inc. is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to join our Corporate Finance team in Boca Raton. You will oversee treasury operations, maintain strong financial controls, and ensure liquidity for growth and acquisitions.

Key responsibilities include cash management, 13-week cash flow forecasting, and managing banking relationships. The role requires 7+ years in treasury/corporate finance, advanced Excel, and a strategic mindset to support acquisitions and financing

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance.
• Hands-on experience managing corporate cash positions, liquidity, and cash flow forecasting.
• Experience developing and maintaining 13-week cash flow forecasts.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily treasury operations and liquidity planning across the organization.
• Develop and maintain a detailed 13-week cash flow forecast and analyze variances.
• Manage banking relationships, accounts, treasury services, and day-to-day banking activities.
• Oversee wires, ACH payments, and intercompany transfers with strong controls.
• Support administration of Term Loan B and other financing arrangements, including debt service and lender reporting.
• Monitor interest-rate exposure and support hedging, bonding, letters of credit, and other credit arrangements.
• Partner with Finance leadership on acquisitions, refinancing, capital investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to automate treasury activities and strengthen controls.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Operations, Corporate Development, and external partners.
