CoreWeave located in Manhattan, NY, is hiring a Treasury Manager to lead cash flow forecasting, debt fundraising, and risk management. The role partners with Finance, Corporate Development, and Legal to drive strategic initiatives and scalable processes while maintaining accuracy and ownership.

You will work with cross-functional teams, delivering investor-ready materials, monthly closes, and capital management analyses to guide executive decisions. A strong Excel/ERP background is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Treasury/Corporate Finance experience.
• Experience with debt fundraising, cash flow forecasting, and KPI dashboards.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills; mastery of Excel and data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Own direct cash flow forecast (short and long term).
• Lead debt fundraising deal structuring and due diligence.
• Support risk management with derivatives analysis (IR/FX).
• Support regulatory/compliance reporting and covenant tests.
• Collaborate across Finance, Corporate Development, Legal, Sales, and Ops.
