Coastal Waste & Recycling Inc. is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager in Boca Raton to oversee treasury operations, liquidity planning, and financial controls.

You will partner with leadership to support acquisitions, debt management, and capital investments. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in treasury, strong cash management, 13-week cash flow forecasting, and solid banking relationships, with advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance.
• Hands-on experience managing corporate cash positions, liquidity, and cash flow forecasting.
• Experience developing and maintaining 13-week cash flow forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee treasury operations and maintain strong financial controls.
• Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity planning, and cash management.
• Develop and maintain a detailed 13-week cash flow forecast and analyze variances.
• Manage banking relationships, bank accounts and treasury services.
• Oversee wires, ACH payments, intercompany transfers, and controls.
