Job summary

UMB Bank seeks a Treasury Management & Cards Sales Officer to grow Treasury Management and Commercial Card solutions. You will manage existing clients, cross-sell services, and develop new opportunities with a consultative approach.

The role requires knowledge of TM & Card products, risk management, and strong communication. You will engage with clients, participate in industry groups, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-centric treasury solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years banking experience with 2+ years in selling or supporting commercial or treasury services.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products and services and corporate cash flow.
• Understanding of market/industry trends and risk concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients for revenue growth and retention.
• Prospect and develop new-to-bank clients for treasury and deposits business.
• Understand client organizations and identify operational credit exposures and risks.
• Design customer-centric treasury management solutions and liquidity management processes.
• Collaborate with internal partners and participate in industry events.
