Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking a Treasury Service Specialist to manage day-to-day servicing for commercial treasury products, loans, and deposits. You will serve as the primary client contact, coordinating with internal teams to deliver prompt service and build strong relationships.

You will collaborate with Relationship Team, ensure timely deliverables, and assist with documenting client activities in UMB Direct, driving client satisfaction and growth across treasury solutions.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 5+ years proven customer service experience in banking or financial services preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for commercial clients via phone or email to support day-to-day servicing needs.
• Develop a relationship with the client proactively to identify solutions and improve the client experience.
• Understand the client’s treasury needs and serve as the point person for all treasury services.
